For business plan, you are required to produce a 3,000 word plan for a start-up business in the tourism or hospitality sector.
Work on a new idea. You will be taught the principles of business planning and given extensive guidance during classes in term 2, to help you to develop your business plan. There will be a number of workshops in term 2 in which you will receive formative feedback on your plan.
