For this project, you are over company training and development and you will plan and design a training program. It can be something in which you have experience or interest or a training need where you work.

2. The paper should include the following:

Give background information on the type of organization for which the training is being developed.
You can make this up or use information from where you work.
Describe the issue or problem that has occurred in the organization that indicates a training intervention is needed and how it was brought to your attention.
Describe how you would conduct a needs assessment for your training program.
Develop at least 4-6 training objectives.
Determine the training content and techniques to be used.
Determine which employees need the training.
Determine who will conduct the training.
Determine how and where the training will take place.
Develop a list and description of the training material needed.
Develop a lesson plan.
Develop an evaluation instrument to assess the results of the training program.
Include anything else you think is relevant.

Your paper should be at least 8-10 pages in length with 12pt font, 1 inch margins, and double-spaced. Use APA style to cite any sources used but you do not need an abstract or headers.
